Survey have shown that teaching kids mediation and yoga can build students’ concentration, respect for elders classmates, their self-control, and understanding, all will reducing stress of mind, hyper behavior, ADHD symptoms, and mind depression. Additionally, scores are shown to improve for students those who participate in meditation and yoga programs. Giving kids the mediation practice to help them find off negative thoughts and behaviors, mediation build self-confidence, focus on work, and treat with others and themselves with respect and gratefulness.
